Playas del Coco Town

Very popular among both locals and tourists, Playas del Coco has a well developed infrastructure. Good roads and plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, hotels, resorts and markets. Keep an eye out for monkeys in the trees around town! The nightlife here is active, friendly, and fun. Coco is especially popular during Christmas and Easter weeks.

While you're in town, treat yourself to good times at our favorite Coco watering hole, Coconutz (say hello to Dan, the owner). Several of the pics below were taken on or near the deck. When you're ready for dessert, consider crossing the street for some of the best ice cream you'll ever taste. The scoops are small and a bit pricy, but too good to miss!
